THE CHALLENGE

  1. Our client’s field marketing team had a demanding trade show schedule throughout the calendar year. They were growing fast and found trade shows to be a wise use of their marketing dollars to build brand awareness.
  2. Company resources are spread thin to properly staff the heavy event schedule.

THE SOLUTION

CTG assisted the client in a variety of ways depending on the need.  At times, CTG would help with basic onsite trade show support assisting the client’s event manager before, during and after the show.   CTG also has taken on the onsite event manager responsibility as well as managing logistics, booth set up, tear down, and everything in between to make a show a success.  CTG has also provided onsite sales development and technical evangelist support at certain events when necessary to help spread the client’s message to trade show attendees.  The result has been our client can scale and meet the trade show demands that a high growth enterprise technology company must have in order to generate an adequate number of leads to satisfy sales targets.
